Of if following sat nav without using grid reference, it will bring you to Elms Farm entrance to the house. Please open and close gate if using this entrance. Free parking and wi fi. Two miles from central town and train station.35OO meters to Pubs.

Entrance via A38 or if Sat navigation, entrance via Rumwell Lane and Elms Farm.Aim for Rumwell Pub , turn around to face back North (direction of Taunton) and its the only entrance on the left hand side with two pillar gates, tight turn into the private stoned drive. At night you will only see the lodge house lights.If using sat nav direction are N51 00.365 W003 08.675 or otherwise it will bring you to the back entrance with the farm gates, please open and close.
